Online Blackjack News - Casinos with Blackjack Could be Permitted On Land
A bill was passed by the Mississippi House on Friday at a special session , allowing coast casinos to move 800 feet onshore. This bill will hopefully help revive the Mississippi Gambling Industry, and bring back blackjack, slot machines, and many other casino games that are loved by Mississippi residents.
This is the first time, after many attempts over the past fifteen years, that blackjack tables and slot machines have a serious shot at being permitted on land. Bringing casinos on land will make them more stable, as well as insurable, helping minimize potential damage if there were to be a future hurricane.
The long awaited land-based casinos have been approved by the House, and now those who enjoy an occasional punt at the blackjack table, or like to hear the jingle of coins falling in a slot machine may be able to do so on land, without having to worry about feeling ill on water.
