There’s good news for Palm-owners who love blackjack. Deluxe Ware has released a new blackjack game for Palm OS 5 and above. The program, called Black Jack Deluxe, can be downloaded for a free 72-hour trial period, after which blackjack fans who want to keep playing will need to pay $19.95 in order to get a registration key.
The blackjack game features high quality graphics and three gaming modes; quick play for casual players, career for more serious players, and for the real experts, there is a tournament mode. The game comes with a choice of 7 opponents who can sit around a realistic looking green table. In addition to nice graphics, there is also enhanced digital sound for PDAs which support it, such as the Palm Zire 71 and 72, the TREO (600 and above), Sony TJ, TH, and UX series, and Tungsten T.
Unlike online blackjack games, there is no real money involved in the blackjack rounds. All games are for play only, so it’s okay for kids too. While the game isn’t exactly as exciting as real online blackjack, it’s a good way for fans to get their blackjack fix on the go without worrying about losing money. |
