Online Blackjack News - Blue Lake Casino - premature dismissal of Blackjack Dealers and Pit Bosses

Thursday Times featured report on Blue Lake blackjack dealers and pit bosses that were fired due to some incriminating incidents that took place in the casino. Casino managers believed that these incidents were severe enough to seriously damage the casino welfare.
The former blackjack dealers and pit bosses contended that according to the Blue Lake Casino contract employees have to notify on their leave at least one-month in advance, so there would be plenty of time to find suitable replacement. In addition, the employees were promised to be able to work through their end date.
The spokeswoman Jana Ganion emphasized that she cannot specify on the precise nature of the incidents, but she mentioned that among 9 employees that were fired, only a handful were involved in the incident. So, the act of dismissal is by no means a penalty. She added later on that all the promises made by the casino were adhered to, till business needs made it necessary to revise the course of events.
