Rainbow Hotel Casino and Peppermill Hotel Casino, located in Wendover, NV, both chose to use LMS Activities Reservations Tracking System (ARTS), according to an announcement by Agilysys Inc. This means that gamblers will be able to track their flight and charter reservations.
In the future the LMS system will be applied in various other fields. For one, a player will be able to track his blackjack activities, after getting to the casino on a charter which was reserved for him, once again, by LMS. The flight service will be active during the first stage, but just wait till LMS enhances your experiences at the blackjack table!
Aronn Crozier, the database marketing manager of Peppermill Wendover properties, said that the company "wanted a ticketing and reservation system that was under one umbrella," and apparently, they found one. After all, when one has a tracking system that books flights, reserves hotel rooms and even keeps track of blackjack action, what else does anyone need from a system? Well, there's always cooking and cleaning, of course.
