Online Blackjack News - Kentucky Blackjack, Slots and Hold’em gambling pending the legislator’s decision
Kentucky is poised on the gambling cross road as the upcoming 2006 approaches. This year is proclaimed by some of the experts to be the year in which the issue of blackjack, as well as other casino games gambling to be finally legalized, or relinquished as is.
The chronic financial deficits Kentucky has long been suffering from have occupied the minds of official in quest for the ultimate solution. Though you personally may think that casinos are nothing but an abominable force looping everybody, or alternatively you couldn’t care less about the rolling dice, blackjack, slots etc, still the approval of casinos is not tied to the public voting but depends upon the legislatures.
Then, it is all pending the decision of General Assembly. Doubtful though that legislators would not be lured by the prospects of $400 millions to be generated from blackjack, slots, or Texas Hold’em. This is especially so because school staff asks for raises, constituents want roads, university wants more cash but nobody wants their taxes raised.
